Job Title - Project Architect

Department - Architecture

Reports to - Team Leader / Project Head

Leads - Junior & Senior Architects

Key Result Areas

• Timely delivery of design milestones.
• Accuracy and quality of designs, architectural drawings and documentation.
• Design quality and project execution is meeting with client standards.
• Effective coordination with internal and external teams.
• Lead and develop design concepts.
• Team grooming, training and reviews
• Contribution to design innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Proactive and ownership approach

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team Management Skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
