About the Role :-

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Architect with over 10 years of expertise in residential projects to lead architectural design and development from concept to construction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proficiency in CAD drawing, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence, timely delivery, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead the architectural design and development of projects from concept to execution.
• Prepare, review, and approve detailed drawings, design specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with external consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interiors) and manage smooth design integration.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets from a design perspective.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality residential projects.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers within the team.

Skills & Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio in residential projects.
• Proficiency in CAD drawing, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and structural coordination.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Knowledge of green building standards and sustainable design will be an added advantage.
