Project Architect

Job Brief

Looking for a qualified Architect with 710 years of experience in Commercial and Mixed-Use projects. Candidate should be able to perform all phases of architectural work including designing, developing drawings as per finalized design, and coordinating with vendors, consultants, site, and PMC.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Design Development
• Take client brief, prepare feasibility reports & design proposals under Design Manager guidance.
• Develop ideas based on client needs, building usage, environmental impact & architectural trends.
• Coordinate with 3D team for aesthetics.
• Select materials and prepare presentation material boards.
• Drawing Development
• Prepare drawings from start to finish (schematic & working drawings).
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Lead team of 23 Architects/Technicians to achieve deliverables on time.
• Consultant & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with structural & service consultants for design development & execution.
• Coordinate with vendors for material selection & new material exploration.
• Client & Site Coordination
• Work with project managers for deliverables as per site requirements.
• Conduct periodic site visits and report project status.

Personal Specification

• Qualification: 5-year Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• Skills: Fluency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Office, Revit, Photoshop.
• Experience: 510 years with an architectural consultancy firm as Project Architect. Experience in commercial buildings, shopping centers, hospitality, and healthcare projects.
