Project Architect

As a Project Architect with 6-8 years of experience, you will lead the coordination and execution of architectural work on site. Your strong design sensibilities, excellent technical knowledge, and proven experience in managing teams and consultants are essential for delivering high-quality architectural solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the documentation of architectural projects from design through construction administration. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project objectives are met. - Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing resources. - Oversee code compliance, zoning regulations, and permitting processes. - Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment. - Participate in client presentations and design reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Arch degree - Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. - At least 3 years of experience in a project leadership role. - Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
