Project Architect

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage projects from concept through execution
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure both

  design intent

  and

  practical deliverables

  are met
• Develop schedules, design deliverables, and coordinate with site execution teams
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications with a focus on

  quality and precision

• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits, ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

• An

  architect with 3–6 years of experience

  in handling diverse projects
• Strong design sensibility with an

  eye for detail

  and a deep respect for context

• Research-driven mindset

  , eager to push boundaries and experiment
• Ability to

  balance creativity with pragmatism

  , ensuring projects are both bold and buildable
• Team-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow with a collaborative studio environment
