Proficiency in Scheduling and Project Management Software : Microsoft Project / Primavera P6 :- For creating, tracking, and managing project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation. B. Advanced Excel Skills : Data Analysis & Reporting :- For creating Gantt charts, tracking progress against milestones, and analyzing production data. Formulas and Functions : Knowledge of advanced Excel functions necessary for data analysis and reporting (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH etc.) Pivot Tables & Charts : For summarizing data and generating reports for management review.
