Summary: As a SAP delivery lead you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale SAP projects, AMS, AD, SI. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining high standards of project execution and customer satisfaction. The SAP delivery lead will serve as the key point of contact for SAP-related projects and act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership. Should have managed contract size of 5M and above. Experience in SAP SI and AMS engagements is must. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP programs, AMS, AD, SI, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget. - Collaborate with business leaders to align SAP initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. - Define and implement SAP delivery strategies to drive business transformation. - Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management across multiple SAP engagements. - Ensure consistent use of best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), and tools in project delivery. - Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors. - Direct and mentor SAP project managers, consultants, and delivery teams. - Foster a high-performance culture by promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Manage recruitment, performance management, and career development for the SAP delivery team. - Ensure all SAP projects, AMS, SI, AD adhere to quality standards and regulatory compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SI and AMS - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting. - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Expertise in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. - Proficient in using project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager Additional Information: - 15+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, including at least 8 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other SAP solutions. - Experience in managing large, complex SAP implementations across various industries. - Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, including onshore and offshore resources. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - PMP, ITIL, or relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
