Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management. Your typical day will involve creating project plans, estimating resources, scoping requirements, and overseeing the implementation and deployment of projects. You will proactively monitor and manage the execution of deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with organizational goals and timelines. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you navigate through the complexities of project management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Program Control Services.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Business Operation Management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.

Ability to utilize project management software and tools for tracking and reporting.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
