Role: Transformation Program Manager Experience: 15+ years Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi Skills: L arge-scale cloud adoption, migration, and modernization projects Transformation Program Managers Qualification Criteria – ​ 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with 5+ years managing cloud adoption, migration, modernization, transformation, transition or optimization programs.​ Proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud adoption, migration, and modernization projects. ​ Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies.​ Strong knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native development methodologies.​ Understanding of cloud architectures, security frameworks, and automation strategies.​ Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for cloud programs.​ Excellent leadership, communication, risk management and stakeholder management skills .​ Ability to drive innovation, navigate ambiguity, and lead cross-functional teams.​ Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies .​ referred certifications (at least one): ​ PMP (Project Management Professional)​ PRINCE2 Practitioner​ SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Scrum Master ​AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner (preferred but not mandatory) Show more Show less
