Job Description

As a member of the team, you will work closely with the BU head, Directors & Associate Directors to define, study, and understand the scope of projects/programs assigned to you. Your primary focus will be to provide operational and strategic support to help achieve the business unit goals successfully. You will assist in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with international publishers or advertisers by utilizing growth & monetization analytics, fostering relationship-building conversations, and staying informed about competitor/market intelligence. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating across various functions such as Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams to drive a rapidly scaling business forward. You will closely engage with product and technology teams, sharing insights and collaborating on the execution of product enhancements, new feature implementation, and product maintenance. Furthermore, you will champion and participate in ad hoc in-house project/program management activities aimed at continuously improving people, processes, and technology to enhance overall performance and drive business growth and success. Success in this role will require a process-driven and creative problem solver who thrives on innovative and process-oriented approaches to address daily business challenges and contribute to building a global, rapidly scaling multi-billion dollar Ad tech business. In terms of experience, you should have 3-6+ years of overall work experience and 2-3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product, or online customer success within a technology company or startup. You should possess leadership qualities that enable you to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and influence decisions across multiple levels of the organization. Additionally, you should thrive in dynamic environments and effectively align available resources towards common goals. A creative mindset is essential for this role, as you should have a passion for technology and the ability to identify opportunities in a constantly evolving landscape. Strong analytical skills are a must, as you will be required to iteratively solve user problems using data-driven insights. Your proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, and logical thinking will be key to deriving actionable insights and leading and managing relationships across organizational boundaries and vendor relationships effectively.,
