Job Description

Job Purpose

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that digital projects within the organization are executed efficiently with allocation of right resource to right project at right time.The role involves overseeing resource management governance, managing costs, and ensuring that all resources are effectively on boarded and utilized throughout the project as per resource plan. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting RMG operations team, monitoring monthly progress, and measuring and publishing KPIs and SLAs defined. The incumbent shall also be responsible for working closely with RMG Head in defining the Resourcing Strategy (3-5 years).

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining templates and forms for Demand Management:
oEstablish and process of governing the Costs based on Budgets.
oDesign and implement 90 days Forecast mechanism with other members of RMGoDesign and publish Demand Management dashboards to Sr. Management periodically.oReview current processes of Demand Management including Talent Acquisition and suggest improvements.
  • Resource Management:
oIntroduce the process of Induction for Consultants with a view to make them productive from day 3 of joining.
oDevelop reports on Vendor Performance and develop dashboard.oMonitor resource utilization through Time Sheets.oIntroduce Performance measurement process for Consultants which is fit for purpose.
  • Stakeholder Management:
oEngage with key stakeholders (DLTs) to ensure customer satisfaction and improvements needed in RM processes.
  • Vendor Management :
oManage the Contracts and publish report card for each Vendor.
  • Process Improvement:
oIdentify opportunities for process improvements within resource management practices.oImplement changes to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.oShare best practices and lessons learned across the organization to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience, with a focus on governance, Human Resource Mgt, Cost management.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in HR/Resource Management and Procurement to manage Vendors.
  • Knowledge of various RMG aspects including Demand Mgt, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Vendor Management.
  • Experience with designing, analysing and publishing periodic MIS reports and dashboards for Mgt.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other related certifications is preferred
Education: Graduate Degree (relevant field preferred) and a Post Graduate in HR
