Program Manager - People Analytics

Purpose/Objective

The 'Program Manager – People Analytics' will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the HR domain within the Adani Group. This role is responsible for managing and scaling people analytics initiatives, translating workforce data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic Group HR programs. The incumbent will collaborate with IT, Technology and BU HR teams to enhance employee experience, improve organizational effectiveness, and support talent strategy through data. The role would be ideal for a high initiative, enterprising individual who thinks out of the box and demonstrates grit in driving towards program success.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage people analytics projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with BU and Group objectives. - Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate workforce trends and insights to stakeholders. - Partner with HR and business leaders to identify key metrics and design people analytics solutions. - Drive data integrity and analytics governance across HR analytics platforms. - Support change management and adoption of analytics tools and practices across the group. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or computer science. - Around 2 years of experience in enterprise analytics, HR analytics, or a related data-driven decision support role. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R preferred). - Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
