Associate Manager, Marketing Automation (HubSpot) Bengaluru 5 - 10 years INR 15.0 - 25.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Expert to join our Digital Marketing team at Fortrea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, specifically with HubSpot, and a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to drive marketing efficiency, enhance lead generation, and improve customer engagement. As the Marketing Automation Associate Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing our marketing automation strategies, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring seamless integration with our broader marketing tech stack. You will also play a pivotal role in our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by mapping customer personas to their respective buyer journeys and optimizing workflows for personalized engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows using HubSpot to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement, with a strong focus on ABM strategies. Collaborate with the brand marketing team to design and execute automated campaigns tailored to our target different personas Map key customer personas to their respective buyer journeys, ensuring tailored and personalized experiences throughout the funnel. Manage and optimize ABM workflows to drive engagement, nurturing, and conversion for high-value accounts. Monitor, optimize, and report on the performance of automation workflows and campaigns, with a focus on ABM results Create and manage dynamic content, personalized landing pages, email campaigns, and automated workflows in HubSpot to maximize engagement and lead conversion. Lead the integration and management of HubSpot with other tools and platforms in the MarTech stack. Ensure data integrity within the marketing automation platform and collaborate with analytics teams to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions. Stay current on marketing automation best practices, new HubSpot features, and ABM strategies to continuously improve processes. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on best practices for marketing automation and ABM. Qualification: 6+ years of experience in Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot) HubSpot certifications in Marketing, Inbound and Email Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Associate Manager, Benefits (EMEA) Bengaluru 6 - 7 years INR 15.0 - 18.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Summary of Responsibilities: Manage Rewards Vendors and liaise with other external partners. Educates vendors on the minimum requirements for a payment to be made. Chase vendor for invoice or corrections as necessary. Creating, tracking and or extending POs as necessary and getting the required level of approval. Support Benefit Managers in a variety of significant projects. Supports benefits managers in the regions for benefits renewals as required under guidance from respective benefits leaders and external consultants Monitor cost saving activity and report to Benefit Leaders. Act as point of contact for all escalated queries from Global People Services, providing answers or guidance as necessary. Lead and complete benefit surveys as required. Systems Technology Compliance Senior Specialist Bengaluru 4 - 9 years INR 12.0 - 18.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete required training according to required timelines. Audits System Life Cycle (SLC) activities and documentation. Plan, conduct, and lead global internal facility, system, and process audits. Plan, conduct, and lead external audits of vendors and suppliers. Participates in client and regulatory visits as the subject matter expert in the field of computerized systems and technology compliance.
