We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Expert to join our Digital Marketing team at Fortrea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, specifically with HubSpot, and a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to drive marketing efficiency, enhance lead generation, and improve customer engagement. As the Marketing Automation Associate Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing our marketing automation strategies, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring seamless integration with our broader marketing tech stack. You will also play a pivotal role in our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by mapping customer personas to their respective buyer journeys and optimizing workflows for personalized engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows using HubSpot to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement, with a strong focus on ABM strategies. Collaborate with the brand marketing team to design and execute automated campaigns tailored to our target different personas Map key customer personas to their respective buyer journeys, ensuring tailored and personalized experiences throughout the funnel. Manage and optimize ABM workflows to drive engagement, nurturing, and conversion for high-value accounts. Monitor, optimize, and report on the performance of automation workflows and campaigns, with a focus on ABM results Create and manage dynamic content, personalized landing pages, email campaigns, and automated workflows in HubSpot to maximize engagement and lead conversion. Lead the integration and management of HubSpot with other tools and platforms in the MarTech stack. Ensure data integrity within the marketing automation platform and collaborate with analytics teams to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions. Stay current on marketing automation best practices, new HubSpot features, and ABM strategies to continuously improve processes. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on best practices for marketing automation and ABM. Qualification: 6+ years of experience in Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot) HubSpot certifications in Marketing, Inbound and Email Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage, particularly in integrating with marketing automation for improved lead management and campaign tracking Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Willingness to take ownership of the role and exceed expectations when necessary Willingness to work in 2nd shift working hours (2 - 11 PM IST), company transport will be provided
