About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Program Manager to lead our Review

Generation Program – a strategic initiative at Treebo aimed at improving our brand reputation

and boosting our OTA conversions. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of operations,

product, and partner experience.


Key Responsibilities:

● Own the end-to-end Review Generation Program across OTAs (MMT, Booking.com,

Google, etc.)

● Design, monitor, and continuously improve processes to ensure high NPS guests are

nudged to leave positive reviews

● Work with technology, operations, and internal/external teams to automate and scale

review capture mechanisms

● Drive internal alignment and communication with city and central teams to ensure

compliance and adoption

● Track performance metrics, generate insights, and publish regular dashboards for

senior leadership

● Experiment with messaging, incentives, and timing to maximize guest review

conversion


What are we looking for:


● 3–4 years of work experience in the OTA space; ex-MMT or similar platform preferred

● Strong understanding of OTA operations, pricing levers, and promotional mechanics

● Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading external calls

● Advanced MS Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint

● Analytical mindset with ability to extract actionable insights from data

● Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias for execution

● Mature, reliable, and collaborative attitude to work across teams
