Program Manager

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs and projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Develop and implement effective program management strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project execution.
• Analyze program performance data to inform decision-making and optimize program outcomes.
• Communicate program status, progress, and changes to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and support for program goals.

• Proven experience in program management, with a focus on the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform program decisions and drive results.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Agile methodologies or Prince2 framework.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve challenges.
