Profile Overview

This is a generalist role—it offers variety, ownership, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects across the organization. Over time, you’ll grow into a specialist or take the lead in a function or business unit.

Your biggest strength here will be the context you build—access to founders, leaders, and data will give you a clear view of what matters most at Rocketlane. Your job is to use that context to figure out what’s critical and work with the right people to get it done.

You’ll learn quickly and work with second-time founders and leaders who’ve scaled teams at LinkedIn, Zoom, and Klaviyo—all while being part of a high-performing team that’s driven to solve hard problems.

What will you do?

• Work on high-impact programs across people, product, and GTM, driving initiatives from start to finish with the leadership team.
• Bridge gaps between teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of critical projects.
• Identify opportunities for growth, proactively address areas for improvement, and take the lead in implementing solutions.
• Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and provide clear recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
• Work with the CEO and other leaders to collate information, prepare board decks, finance reports, and other reports.
• Build efficient workflows and automations to improve processes and scale operations.
• Take ownership of challenges, resolve them for the long term, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Define success metrics for your initiatives and consistently track progress to ensure results are achieved.

You should apply if?

• You have 4 to 7 years of experience in consulting, project management, strategy, or similar roles, and you’re ready to take on bigger challenges.
• You’re resourceful, figure things out quickly, and know how to execute without much hand-holding.
• You work with urgency, solve problems effectively, and prioritize ruthlessly to focus on what matters most.
• You communicate clearly and concisely—whether with team members or senior leaders, you deliver your message with precision.
• You’re comfortable analyzing data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into actionable plans.
• Experience in SaaS or tech is a bonus but not required.
• You are based in Chennai or willing to relocate and work from our office.
