World Safety Forum is an international platform driving excellence in Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and Environment Social Governance (ESG) practices. Through our events, awards, and qualification frameworks, we support organizations in aligning with UN SDG goals, elevating workplace safety, and embedding sustainability in governance.

We host the prestigious Global Safety Summit annually, bringing together top global leaders and organizations who set industry benchmarks in safety and ESG excellence.

Role Overview : Closely Work with Program Director of Global Safety Summit

We are seeking motivated, B2B Corporate Sales Lead to generate revenue & Assist the Program Director to Execute the event successfully:

· WSF Memberships (Corporate/Institutional)

· Global Safety Summit 2025 – Industry Award Nominations

Program Manager will be the B2B Corporate Sales Lead, and will operate independently, identifying and approaching decisionmakers in industries such as oil & gas, construction, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, education, sustainability, and other key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospects across 32+ industrial sectors

Promote WSF Membership benefits and Global Safety Summit Awards

Generate leads via LinkedIn, emails, industry databases, and referrals

Follow up and convert qualified leads into nominations or memberships

Maintain a CRM or Excel log of all prospects approached and converted

Represent WSF’s brand values with professionalism and integrity

Mainly connect 5 appointments for Program Director Every Day

Who Can Apply

B2B Sales Background minimum experience 5 Years Age 33-38

Skill to Manage C- Suite Professionals from Targeted Industries.

Business development executives with a network in EHS/ESG sectors

Industry professionals (current or former) in safety, compliance, ESG, or Event Management Organizations

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or industry networking

Comfortable communicating with CXOs, HSE Heads, and Sustainability Leaders

Strong LinkedIn or digital presence is a plus

Knowledge of ESG/EHS is beneficial, but not mandatory

Pay: ₹21,165.24 - ₹76,610.72 per month
