Job Summary The Program Manager will oversee delivery management ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. With a focus on regulatory compliance and medical devices the role requires a strategic approach to managing hybrid work models. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams driving efficiency and innovation in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee delivery management processes ensuring timely and successful completion of projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration. Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in all project activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency. Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and outcomes. Utilize technical expertise to address challenges and drive innovative solutions. Manage project budgets ensuring financial accountability and cost-effectiveness. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align team efforts and promote knowledge sharing. Support the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance project management capabilities. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in delivery management with a proven track record of successful project execution. Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and medical devices with the ability to apply this expertise in project management. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models balancing remote and in-office team dynamics. Have a strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective project management strategies. Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and drive innovative solutions. Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in project management preferred. Certifications Required PMP Certification PRINCE2 Practitioner preferrable
