Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Program Manager to take full ownership of the planning, execution, and success of all events under our brand. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end event operations, ensuring every event aligns with our strategic goals and delivers an exceptional experience to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage all company events – including networking events, conclaves, podcasts, workshops, product launches, conferences, and collaboration programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content, HR, logistics) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and monitor detailed project/event timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Conduct venue research, vendor negotiations, permits, and logistical arrangements.
• Lead event promotion strategies in coordination with the marketing team.
• Ensure all branding, communication, and visual elements reflect company standards.
• Manage on-site operations and troubleshoot in real-time during events.
• Create post-event reports including ROI analysis, attendee feedback, and learnings.
• Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and ecosystem enablers for collaborations.
• Maintain a calendar of annual events and proactively plan ahead.

• Proficient in using tools like Google Workspace, Excel other PM tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing events/programs
• Prior experience in startup or entrepreneurship-focused ecosystem is a plus
• Candidate should be fluent in Tamil, English.
