Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 22 to 26 years of expertise in program execution resource management and planning. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimizing resource utilization. A background in data models is advantageous. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of complex programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee resource management to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
Develop comprehensive program plans that outline key milestones deliverables and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and delivery.
Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders highlighting program achievements and addressing any concerns.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution to ensure successful outcomes.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
