Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the adoption of

  in key accounts, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the product to enhance functionality and user experience.
  
• Design and implement efficient, scalable customer success processes and strategies.
  
• Collaborate with product teams to align customer feedback with product development.
  
• Provide strategic insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions.
  
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
  

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in customer success, project management, or a related role in the fintech, SaaS, or supply chain finance domain.
  
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives.
  
• Strong project management abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and strategic planning.
  
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer adoption and experience.
  
• Passion for technology and understanding of the supply chain finance ecosystem.
