Position Summary As the Program Manager for Customer Success at NAKAD, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of ARP among our key accounts. This high-energy role requires engagement with CXO-level stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, exploration of product development opportunities, and the creation of scalable customer success strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the adoption of ARP in key accounts, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions. Identify gaps and opportunities in the product to enhance functionality and user experience. Design and implement efficient, scalable customer success processes and strategies. Collaborate with product teams to align customer feedback with product development. Provide strategic insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity. Required Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in customer success, project management, or a related role in the fintech, SaaS, or supply chain finance domain. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives. Strong project management abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and strategic planning. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer adoption and experience.
