Lead Academic Excellence

• Deliver engaging lectures at UG, PG, and PhD levels 
• Design curriculum aligned with industry, research, and academic standards 
• Use innovative, technology-enabled teaching methodologies 

Drive Research & Innovation

• Publish in reputed national and international journals 
• Guide doctoral and postgraduate research scholars 
• Secure and execute funded research projects 

Mentor & Inspire Students

• Guide students academically and professionally 
• Support career development, research exposure, and placements 

Shape the Institution

• Contribute to academic leadership, NAAC/NBA/IQAC initiatives 
• Participate in faculty development, conferences, and strategic initiatives 

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• PhD in the relevant discipline (as per UGC norms) 
• Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade 
• Strong research and publication record 

Experience

• 10–15+ years of teaching and/or research experience 
• Prior experience as Associate Professor preferred
