As we expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Supervisor to support and streamline our daily administrative and operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities in the manufacturing unit. Maintain records related to inventory, production, attendance, and compliance. Manage office supplies and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external agencies as needed. Oversee housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance staff. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management. Support HR in managing employee files, leaves, and onboarding processes. Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulatory requirements. Requirements: Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
