Production Supervisor Location: Bhopal Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and engineering, with at least 1 to 10 years of experience in production supervision. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Supervise and guide the production team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor inventory and resources, coordinating with procurement teams for smooth operations. Troubleshoot machinery and workflow issues to minimize downtime. Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with departments like Quality Control and Maintenance to ensure seamless production. Maintain documentation related to production metrics, safety procedures, and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred). Minimum 1 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production/manufacturing setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office.
