Quality Supervisor Location: Bhopal Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Supervisor to ensure our products meet industry standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 7 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to identify defects or areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and enhance processes. Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2-7 years of experience in quality assurance or supervision within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and industry standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office. Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Salary & Benefits: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 per month , based on experience and qualifications.
