Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to oversee construction quality standards at our project sites in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and material checks
• Identify and report non-conformities and suggest corrective actions
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality benchmarks
• Maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection logs
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Assist in audits and third-party inspections when required

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent (mandatory)
• 2–5 years of experience in construction quality supervision
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and testing procedures
• Familiarity with quality control tools and documentation practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities
