Role Overview

Pristine Developers is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to oversee quality checks across various construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to standards, performing material testing, preparing reports, and coordinating with the project team to maintain the highest level of construction quality.

Key Responsibilities:

·Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

· Perform material testing, including steel testing, Primer testing, concrete testing, and other construction-related quality checks.

· Supervise finishing works, RCC structures, and Aluform/Mivan formwork quality.

· Monitor site execution to ensure the required quality parameters are met.

· Prepare and maintain daily site quality reports, test reports, and compliance documentation.

· Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers to resolve quality-related issues.

· Ensure proper record-keeping of quality checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.

· Oversee calibration and proper functioning of testing equipment.

Requirements

· Any Graduation/ 12th pass.

· Strong knowledge of construction material testing, including steel, concrete, cement, aggregates, and finishing materials.

· Good understanding of Mivan (Aluform) technology, RCC work, and finishing activities.

· Proficiency in documentation, report preparation, and quality-related compliance formats.

· Ability to identify defects, deviations, and ensure corrective actions.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Prior experience in a real estate, construction, or infrastructure project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
