Production Shift Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Ensure production schedules are met and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of the production processes and final products.
• Implement corrective actions for any deviations from quality standards.
• Manage and oversee the utilization of raw materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit production reports, including production metrics, quality control data, and any issues encountered.
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring they are well-informed about procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
