Production & Quality Engineer

Job Description

●Independently handling shift to give optimized production as per production Plan & corrective & preventive maintenance of production

●Handle SWR, PVC ,CPVC and it's compounding grade polymers and plasticizer with fillers/additives and master batches etc.

●Daily monitoring & observed all production and solve the defects in pipe

●Online quality control of the pipe, Granules & reduce the rejection rate

●Knowledge of Threading slotting of Casing Column pipe & PVC & CPVC pipe testing (Hydraulic, Tensile, Impact, Reversion, VST, Density, Ash Content) Core Responsibilities

●Quality standards and procedures: Devise and establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications that align with company and industry requirements.

● Inspections and testing: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

●Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management and other stakeholders.

●Problem-solving: Investigate the root cause of defects and customer complaints, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.

●Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant national, international, and regulatory standards, such as those from industry bodies or agencies like the FDA.

●Supplier management: Work with purchasing staff to ensure external suppliers meet required quality specifications.

●Process improvement: Oversee and drive initiatives for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and increased efficiency in production and other processes.

●Training and development: Train staff on quality procedures, standards, and methodologies to foster a quality-focused culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
