Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) . Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations . Lead internal and external quality audits , and coordinate with certification bodies. Manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis), APQP, and Control Plans . Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes. Establish quality standards and develop inspection/testing methods. Monitor supplier quality and collaborate with vendors for quality improvements. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions ( CAPA ). Train and mentor staff on quality procedures, tools, and best practices. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and metrics (KPIs). Required experience should be of 2 years of the same field.
