Client Relationship Manager- Female

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Handle B2B & B2C portals: product listings, order flow, pricing updates, and performance tracking.
• Prepare product prototypes as per client needs in coordination with design/production teams.
• Support sales & marketing activities, lead follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in brand development and ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
• Create basic graphic designs/content for product listings and marketing materials.
• Coordinate internally for timely order processing, client requirements, and project execution.
• Maintain client records, sales reports, and feedback documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of B2B/B2C marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Good understanding of sales, marketing, and brand-building concepts.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
