Job Description

Job Responsibilities – Quality Analyst (Car Perfume Manufacturing Industry)

  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished car perfume products.
  • Perform fragrance evaluation, stability testing, and packaging inspection.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRA, REACH, and safety standards.
  • Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and documentation for audits.
  • Investigate defects/complaints and support corrective & preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with Production & R&D teams for new product trials and quality improvements.
  • Support ISO/GMP audits and ensure adherence to company quality policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, or chemical quality control.
  • Knowledge of fragrance testing methods, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and sensory evaluation methods.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
