Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
Lead internal and external quality audits, and coordinate with certification bodies.
Manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis), APQP, and Control Plans.
Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes.
Establish quality standards and develop inspection/testing methods.
Monitor supplier quality and collaborate with vendors for quality improvements.
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Train and mentor staff on quality procedures, tools, and best practices.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and metrics (KPIs).
Required experience should be of 2 years of the same field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
