B2B E-Commerce Manager

As an E-Commerce Manager, your role involves devising strategies to boost sales in the online store by leveraging sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and new developments. You will be responsible for transforming social media platforms into profitable channels and implementing a comprehensive B2B & B2C eCommerce strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. Your duties will also include directing software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure adherence to strategies, creating promotional offers, verifying accuracy of copy and legal disclaimers, and analyzing website traffic for maintenance and marketing strategy effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates and enhance online sales performance - Conduct A/B testing, usability studies, and site analytics to identify and address conversion barriers - Track and analyze eCommerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value - Generate regular reports and insights for decision-making and measure the effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives Qualifications Required: - Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar field - Completion of a pertinent sales qualification preferred - Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager - Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies - Sound knowledge of e-commerce procedures and techniques - Strong supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills - Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities - Ability to adapt to evolving technological tools and platforms Please note that this is a full-time position with an in-person work location.,
