Job Description

As a Process Improvement Specialist, your role involves designing process workflows, creating corrective and preventive action plans, and designing verification and establishment processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementation of a QMS (Quality Management System). - Identifying attrition points throughout the process. - Developing and implementing methods to analyze end-product quality. - Identifying issues and flaws with current models and processes and recommending changes to the relevant department. - Pitching ideas to come up with solutions to potential problems. - Drafting strategies to increase productivity and maximize output. - Documentation and report generation. - Setting up a consistent pipeline to ensure adherence and conformity to set standards and protocols. In addition to the above responsibilities, the company offers health insurance as a benefit for this full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
