As a dynamic Production & Quality Engineer, your role involves overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure products meet established quality standards. You will focus on improving production efficiency, implementing quality controls, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. - Analyze workflow and production methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency. - Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is functioning optimally. - Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. - Support new product development and production trials. - Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection systems. - Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities. - Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, IATF, customer-specific requirements). - Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. - Maintain and update quality documentation (e.g., SOPs, inspection reports, audit records). **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in production and quality control in a manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with ISO, IATF, and other quality standards.
