Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Quality Standards: Create, maintain, and improve quality control systems and standards for products, processes, and services. Quality Assurance Systems: Design and implement systems to ensure products meet quality, customer, and regulatory requirements. Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analyze product quality, identify issues, and conduct root cause analysis to find and implement solutions. Inspection and Testing: Plan, execute, and oversee inspections and tests of materials, equipment, processes, and final products to verify compliance with specifications. Documentation & Reporting: Document quality assurance activities, generate quality reports, and maintain records of nonconformities and corrective actions. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions and enhancements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Compliance: Stay updated on and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements. Feedback and Monitoring: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify flaws, monitor production efforts, and report on quality metrics.
