This dual-role professional will be responsible for improving production efficiency, implementing quality controls, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Production Engineering: Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Analyze workflow and production methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is functioning optimally. Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. Support new product development and production trials. Quality Engineering: Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection systems. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities. Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, IATF, customer-specific requirements). Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Maintain and update quality documentation (e.g., SOPs, inspection reports, audit records).
