We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our customer base and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build key client relationships, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. dentify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships to generate new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce products/services to prospects. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for expansion. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness. Prepare regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and KPIs. Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into business opportunities.
