New Product Development - Production(Car Perfume)

Developing and optimizing the manufacturing processes and workflows for new car perfume products to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Planning and executing tooling trials, pilot runs, and process validations to ensure the new process is reliable and can be reproduced consistently in commercial manufacturing.

Preparing detailed technical documentation, including process specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control plans.

Prototyping and Testing Validation

Quality and Compliance, Identifying potential production issues early in the development cycle, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Working closely with various teams, including R&D, marketing, design, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of NPD activities with project goals & Supplier Coordination & project management.

Selecting, validating, and ensuring the readiness of necessary tooling and equipment for new product manufacturing.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives during the product industrialization phase to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

Relevant experience 3-4 years must required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
