Experience And Qualification

Education: BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering or similar.Experience: Minimum 5 years in a production/quality role in the burner, boiler, or combustion systems field.Skills:Knowledge of gas trains, flame monitoring systems, combustion principles.Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and attention to detail.Other: Ability to work under pressure and travel if required.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management<

• Supervise manufacturing of industrial burners, components, and assemblies.
• Manage end-to-end production processes ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
• Develop and track production schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Oversee shop floor activities and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor and improve product quality while reducing production costs.

Quality Assurance & Control<

• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with IS/EN/CE standards and safety norms.
• Perform performance and combustion testing per regulatory norms.

Documentation & Compliance<

• Maintain detailed SOPs, test reports, BOMs, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Support audits and certifications (ISO 9001, CE Marking, etc.).

Process Improvement & Coordination<

• Collaborate with design/R&D teams for process validation.
• Work closely with vendors, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Coordinate with customer quality representatives for inspections.
