For more information, please visit: www.gtscontrolsenergy.com Position : Production & Quality Control Engineer Experience And Qualification Education: BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering or similar. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a production/quality role in the burner, boiler, or combustion systems field. Skills:Knowledge of gas trains, flame monitoring systems, combustion principles. Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and attention to detail. Other: Ability to work under pressure and travel if required. Key Responsibilities ✅ Production Management Supervise manufacturing of industrial burners, components, and assemblies. Manage end-to-end production processes ensuring smooth operations and efficiency. Develop and track production schedules aligned with project timelines. Oversee shop floor activities and ensure optimal resource allocation. Monitor and improve product quality while reducing production costs. ✅ Quality Assurance & Control Conduct in-process and final quality inspections. Ensure compliance with IS/EN/CE standards and safety norms. Perform performance and combustion testing per regulatory norms. ✅ Documentation & Compliance Maintain detailed SOPs, test reports, BOMs, inspection records, and compliance documentation. Support audits and certifications (ISO 9001, CE Marking, etc.). ✅ Process Improvement & Coordination Collaborate with design/R&D teams for process validation. Work closely with vendors, procurement, and logistics teams. Coordinate with customer quality representatives for inspections.
