We are hiring competent Production & Quality professionals to lead shop-floor manufacturing activities while ensuring strict quality control.The role focuses on CNC / Moulding / Machine shop supervision, process monitoring, and defect-free output to meet customer and ISO/IATF standards.
Plan and manage daily production schedules
Deploy manpower, tools & machine resources efficiently
Monitor cycle time, OEE, output, and material usage
Coordinate CNC setup changes and productivity improvements
Control scrap, rework and ensure target achievement
Supervise CNC Turning, Milling, VMC, and Grinding operations
Validate first-piece approval and process parameters
Improve tooling life & optimize cutting conditions
Coordinate with programming/tool room personnel
Oversee plastic injection moulding or die-casting operations
Ensure mould maintenance, changeover readiness & quality output
Maintain traceability and rejection tracking
Conduct receiving, in-process & final inspection checks
Use precision tools: Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge
Support CMM measurements and report generation
Interpret GD&T & customer drawings accurately
Perform RCA, CAPA and implement defect containment actions
Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF documentation
Apply Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, TPM
Improve productivity & reduce downtime through CAPEX/Kaizen
Enforce EHS policies, conduct toolbox talks & shop audits
Maintain daily production & quality MIS reports
2 - 8 years in CNC / Moulding / Machine Shop production & quality roles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes & inspection standards
Familiar with CMM / GD&T / SPC / 7QC / PPAP / FMEA (added advantage)
Good communication and leadership skills
Hands-on problem solving & team coordination ability
Ready to work in shift operations & overtime if required
9 - 12 LPA (Experience-based)
