Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor (Plant | CNC | Electrical | HVAC)

About the Role

Maintenance Professionals

Electrical & Utility Maintenance:

• Troubleshoot control panels, PLCs, motors, and drive systems (AC/DC/VFD).
  
• Inspect and maintain power distribution systems, MCC panels, and wiring.
  
• Support maintenance of utility equipment such as compressors, chillers, and pumps.
  
• Ensure compliance with EHS and electrical safety standards.

CNC & Machinery Maintenance:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC (Turning, Milling, Grinding, VMC/HMC) machines.
  
• Diagnose and repair servo drives, spindles, ball screws, and tool changers.
  
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, including pumps, valves, and actuators.
  
• Calibrate machines for accuracy and alignment using precision instruments.
  
• Maintain service records and spare parts inventory for all CNC equipment.
  

HVAC & Facility Maintenance:

• Operate and maintain chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and VRF systems.
  
• Manage facility lighting, backup power systems, and building management systems.
  
• Coordinate and oversee contractors/vendors for facility-related services.
  
• Maintain logs for HVAC and electrical systems for audits and inspections.
  

Maintenance Planning & Reporting:

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules (CMMS/manual).
  
• Monitor machine uptime, spare usage, and key maintenance KPIs.
  
• Prepare reports for audits, energy saving, and safety compliance.
  
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification

  : ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC.

• Experience

  : 1 to 6 years in plant, CNC, or facility maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, and electrical schematics.
  
• Exposure to TPM, 5S, ISO, or Lean Maintenance is an added advantage.
  
• Willingness to work shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.

  Multimeter, Megger, Vibration Analyzer, CMMS
