Job Title: Production & Planning Engineer Location: Khushkhera, Bhiwadi Rajasthan Industry: Wire & Cable Manufacturing Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Must be from Wire & Cable Industry) Reports To: Head of Production / GM Production Job Title: Production & Planning Engineer Location: Khushkhera, Bhiwadi Rajasthan Industry: Wire & Cable Manufacturing Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Must be from Wire & Cable Industry) Reports To: Head of Production / GM Production Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and inventory levels. Ensure availability of raw materials, manpower, and machines for planned schedules. Coordinate with stores, QA, and sales for smooth operations. 2. Production Execution & Monitoring: Supervise production processes to ensure timely execution and output as per planning. Monitor process parameters and machine loading across extrusion, stranding, armouring, and other key operations. Implement productivity and efficiency improvements in coordination with production teams. 3. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO, safety, and in-process quality checks during production. Work closely with the QA team to reduce rework and rejection. 4. Coordination & MIS: Prepare daily production reports and downtime analysis. Track WIP and finished goods inventory. Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance schedules. 5. Cost & Efficiency Focus: Drive initiatives to reduce scrap generation and optimize material usage. Support cost reduction and capacity enhancement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Production Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the wire and cable industry. Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes, including extrusion, stranding, armouring, etc. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production planning software. Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Traits: Result-oriented, with attention to detail and commitment to timelines. Team player with excellent communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
