Production & Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production processes and coordinate with the shop floor team.
• Allocate resources, machines, and manpower effectively.
• Maintain records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with company procedures.
• Assist in improving production efficiency and reducing downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 3 years of experience in production & planning (freshers can also apply).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferably in gearbox or mechanical industry).
• Basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
