Production & Planning Engineer

As a Production Coordinator, your role will involve coordinating the production workflow for one or multiple products. You will need to plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determining the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand will also be a key responsibility. Assigning workers and other staff to particular production operations and scheduling shifts according to production needs are crucial tasks that you will be responsible for. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget - Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption - Obtain output information such as the number of finished products and percentage of defectives - Prepare and submit status and performance reports - Keep paperwork organized - Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in production coordination or a similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of production processes and quality standards The company offers benefits such as Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and day or rotational shifts.
