We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations. Manage payroll accounting including salary processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT), and payroll reconciliations. Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Support in monthly closing, MIS reporting, and audit-related activities. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.( Experience in Manufacturing is preferrable. ) Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime . Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office. Job Title: Production Planner – Plastic Manufacturing Location: CHENNAI Shift: 10 Hours (Flexible Shift – Day/Night as per production requirement) Reports To: Plant Head / Production Manager Job Purpose The Production Planner will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling daily and weekly production schedules in the plastic manufacturing plant. The role ensures optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to meet customer delivery timelines while maintaining quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and release daily/weekly production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of schedules. Monitor production progress on the shop floor and update plans based on real-time conditions. Track machine capacity, manpower availability, and mould/tool readiness for effective planning. Ensure raw material and consumables availability in coordination with stores and purchase. Minimize downtime by planning preventive maintenance schedules in alignment with production needs. Analyze variances between planned vs. actual production and recommend corrective actions. Support new product trials and integrate them into production schedules with minimal disruption. Prepare shift-wise/daily production performance reports for management review. Work closely with dispatch/logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Plastics/Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience in production planning within plastic manufacturing (injection moulding / extrusion / blow moulding). Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor line quality during all stages of production (injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, assembly, etc.). Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements. Verify critical quality parameters such as dimensions, appearance, weight, and functionality as per control plans. Maintain inspection records, quality checklists, and prepare shift-wise reports. Investigate line quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, and work instructions. Train and guide machine operators and helpers on quality standards and defect identification. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to resolve line issues promptly. Escalate major quality concerns to management and support customer complaint investigations. Ensure 5S, safety, and compliance practices are maintained in the line. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Plastics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field. 2–5 years of experience in line quality supervision within plastic manufacturing (injection moulding / extrusion / blow moulding). Strong knowledge of plastic processing, moulding defects, inspection methods, and quality tools. Familiar with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Go/No-Go gauges, etc.). Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality systems is preferred. Good problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
