Job Summary About Us: THRONE VENTURE TECH LLP is a growing organization in the Manufacturing & Trading sector, committed to excellence and innovation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations. Manage payroll accounting including salary processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT), and payroll reconciliations. Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Support in monthly closing, MIS reporting, and audit-related activities. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.( Experience in Manufacturing is preferrable. ) Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime . Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling audits. Knowledge of payroll accounting. Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
